CANCELLATION & FINAL SALE POLICY Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. No refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after a purchase has been completed.
